  The Villa consists of:

• Shared swimming pool

• Kitchenette:
  With LCD TV, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, washbasin, small fridge, microwave, stove with oven,
  dishwasher, extractor fan, cutlery and crockery.
• 1 WC with shower
• 1 Double Room with Garden View and Air Conditioning
• Totally equipped kitchen (except washing machine and freezer)
• Garden
• Shared pool with 1 other House in the Villa
• Non-smoking inside the property
• Change of towels once per week
• Change of linen once every 2 weeks
• Private Outdoor Parking on site (shared with the other 3 Villas)
• Cots (upon request and confirmation by reception)

• Safety-deposit rental (2€ / day)
• Beach Towels rental (1,50€ / day or 7,50€ / week)
• Late check-out (upon availability and for a cost)
• Additional change of towels (2,50€ / day and set)
• Daily cleaning service: 10€ per day
• Personal check-in at the Villa: 20€ (if not wished, the keys will be in a code locker by the entrance
  door, combination will be given before check-in)

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 8 o’clock until 00 o’clock (with 24h Reception)
CHECK-IN: from 16 o’clock (Arrivals after midnight should be announced)
CHECK-OUT: Until 12 o’lock
