By using our Service, you agreed to the collection of information in accordance with our policy. Our Privacy Policy has the same meaning in our Terms and Conditions, available at www.wayaround.pt.

Any personal information collected is solely to fulfill any purchases made through the website.

The information you provide can be used:

  • For the provision of services related to your booking
  • To process payments, invoices and order confirmations
  • To provide and maintain the website

In order to provide the products and services we offer, we may have to share your information with other  partners.

The payment with credit, electronic card or Paypal the data entered is not collected or processed by Wayaround but by the  payment intermediation entity

We must keep the fiscal document up to 10 (ten) years (according to the Portuguese law) after has been created, the personal information that exists in it is the following:

  • Lead passanger name,
  • VAT number
  • Pick up andor drop off location

Direct bookings, two years after not using our services your data will become anonymous. Direct Emails, will be deleted after one year of the first contact.
